Utility Online Bill Pay
The city is pleased to offer residents the option of paying utility bills online, for a small processing fee, as well as signing up to view and/or receive bills online, free of charge. The city has selected Payment Service Network (PSN) to process the payments due to the high level of security and convenience they offer. The following guidelines will assist with the options available.
You may pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) or eCheck (payment from your checking or savings account). You can make an immediate payment, schedule a payment, or set up Auto-Pay. There is a $300 limit per transaction and a $2.99 convenience fee will be applied to each transaction.

Visit the PSN website to register and set up payment options with PSN. You will need your City of Bayport utility account number and name as it appears on your account.

View Account Information Online/Request to Opt-out of Paper Bills
There is no charge for registering with PSN to view your payment history online or view your bills online. Follow the "pay online" instructions above to register with PSN and follow the prompts to select the free options available. Check the box to go paperless, and PSN will notify you via email when your bill is ready.
